Clay & Touch (workshop)

Overwhelmed by the digital world these days? Then this pottery event is perfect for you!

If you’ve been craving more tactile experiences and would like to lean more into creation rather than consumption, join us on 27th June for a connective day working with our hands. We’ll be exploring the sensation of Touch and the material of Clay, while allowing ourselves to drop back into our bodies and the earth itself. 

In collaboration with @olastyle_studio , we’ve curated this event to remind ourselves of the richness of the physical world and how to incorporate it into our wellness practices. 

We’ll start the day with a Somatic Yoga and Breathwork session to tap into the innate wisdom residing in our bodies before working with the material.
